To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following booking policies: No Call, No Show Policy If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged to the card on file. A $20 late fee will be applied if you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time. To ensure the quality of your service, late arrivals beyond 30 minutes may result in the need to reschedule, and the no-show policy will apply.
